BlueWater Basecamp is the perfect venue for celebrants hosting up to 80 guests (or more, depending on use of outdoor event spaces). Our Venue, The Gathering House, is a 1000 sq ft, WiFi enabled, Handicap Accessible Event Space with an additional 200 sq ft upper-level Private Greenroom and Commercial Finishing Kitchen.
Rental of TGH includes a selection of tables, up to 80 high end Chiavari Ghost Chairs, ivory linens and initial event set up. Additional amenities for purchase include Parking Attendants, Event Staff, additional Mid-event Set Ups, Patio Heaters, and Outside Vendor Coordination.
There are 8 Chalets total: 4 “Walk In” style Micro Chalets with 1 Dog Friendly option and 1 Drive Up Dog Friendly Chalet. (Max occupancy 2 individuals +1 Infant per Chalet). 2 Drive Up Macro Chalets and 1 Drive Up Dog Friendly option. (Max occupancy 6 individuals + 1 infant per Chalet)
