At Visuals by Grace, photography is more than just pictures—it’s about preserving the feeling of a moment. Based in Alaska and founded by Grace Petersen, my work blends a love of storytelling with vintage-inspired edits that feel nostalgic, cinematic, and true to life.
I specialize in portraits, couples, and wedding photography, focusing on natural connection, soft light, and the little in-between moments that often go unnoticed. Whether we’re capturing your engagement on a windswept cliff or your family laughing together at home, my goal is the same: to deliver honest, beautiful images that feel like you.
I began photographing life’s moments as a teen and turned that early passion into a full-time business after moving to Alaska. With an eye for color and emotion, and a deep respect for your story, I work closely with clients to create an experience that feels effortless and fun.
